How to use
1. Draw a line as close to the upper lash line as possible in short strokes, beginning near the inner corner of your eyelid to the outer corner of the eye.
2. The line on your lower lashes should start at the outer corner and work inwards to the corner.
3. For a thicker, softer look, gently apply pressure on the line with the foam smudge tool and blend.

Frequently Asked Question
What is the difference between the Liquid Eyeliner and the Retractable Eye Pencil?
Liquid and pencil eyeliners differ in application, appearance and longevity. If you’re a beginner, opt for the eye pencil, as liquid eyeliner can be more difficult to apply. Liquid eyeliner tends to have a wetter look, goes on thin and dries quickly. An eye pencil, in contrast, looks dry and can be smudged to thicken the line or to create a smoky effect.
